Help older adults remain living independently in their homes.

The program targets its services to meet the needs of homebound older adults--those experiencing loneliness, isolation and frailty. Primary role is to provide companionship, one to one support to older adults.

Activities might include encouraging and assisting with meal planning, reading, writing letters, accompanying to appointments, and socializing. Qualified volunteers will receive a small hourly tax free stipend for their time.

Volunteers need to be 55 years of age or older, income eligible and have the heart and desire to help others.
