Hobbies: Reading, spending time at the lake, playing with my dogs

Special talents: I love to dance and was on a dance team for 13 years!

Favorite food: It’s a toss-up between pizza and French fries!

Favorite books: The Junkyard Dog by Erika Tamar and Every Last Word by Tamara Ireland Stone

Favorite movies: Pitch Perfect

Favorite TV show: The Mindy Project

Favorite place to go: Strawberry Lake

Why I’m interning in Youth Court at LSSND: I am interning with this program because I am very interested in restorative justice and everything that it entails. It has been an amazing opportunity to see first-hand how restorative justice can have a positive impact on youth and their families.

Goals for this internship: Become more familiar with restorative justice and all of the practices that it incorporates.

Goals for life: Overall, my goal for the future is to work with juveniles in the criminal justice system in order to help make a positive change in their lives to keep them from continuing in the system as they get older.
