Pregnancy
Pregnancy at this time in your life can seem like the end of the world. You may feel that the only thing that could help right now is to turn back the clock…but you can’t really go back.

We can help you confirm your pregnancy with a free pregnancy test; talk with you about your feelings; assist in looking at your options; help you make a life plan—without pressure. Together, we’ll focus on your specific needs. For more information select the following options.

Considering Parenting
Although this may not be the time you intended to begin parenting, we can assist you in locating resources to support your efforts in securing a safe and stable parenting plan for your child. If you decide parenting is the right choice for you, there are many things to consider:

  • Possibilities - We can assist you in exploring the option of parenting with the support of your partner, parenting on your own, or allowing someone else to parent.
  • Resources - We can assist you in connecting with various community resources, exploring the cost of parenting, and helping you to develop a plan to ensure success.

Considering Adoption
Adoption is another way of showing love to your child. Choosing to provide your child with a caring, stable, two-parent family can be the greatest gift you can give your child. As you decide if adoption is the right choice for you, there are many things to consider:

  • Possibilities - Explore all the possibilities related to openness in adoption, placement with a relative or extended family member.
  • Pressure - Don’t allow others to pressure you into or out of considering all of your options. We can assist you in talking with the baby’s father and those other important people in your life about your pregnancy and the decisions that you’re making.
  • Parents - View Profiles* of Families hoping to adopt.

Openness In Adoption
Openness is when birth parents and adoptive parents communicate with each other. There is a continuum of openness for all parties in adoption: Reviewing non-identifying information, including pictures and background information; Meetings before the child is born; On-going exchange of phone calls, letters, pictures; Participation in doctor visits, labor and delivery; Meetings after the birth of the child.
