The choice of a $100 gift card or free cell phone is offered to new tenants of Lutheran Social Services Housing’s spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom units in Grafton (below), Northwood and Maddock. Income-assisted residences are available in Grafton and Northwood, with rent based upon a tenant’s annual income and ability to pay.

All units in Northwood have just undergone extensive renovation. Grafton’s three properties offer a wide range of floor plans, including two-story townhouse models. Newly remodeled Maddock apartments are also available for reasonable rents, with units ideal for families or seniors.

Upon signing a lease, new tenants can choose between a $100 Visa card or $100 gift card to merchants such as Wally’s supermarket, Target or Pamida—or may opt for a new Tracphone with 400 minutes good for 365 days.
