Every successful corporation has a responsibility to use its resources and influence to make a positive impact on the world and its people. Microsoft has supported this belief by matching employee contributions to the Great Plains Food Bank. In addition, Microsoft has donated significant additional funds to fulfill their commitment to serve the public good.

The goal of the United Way of Cass-Clay is to make our community a better place to live, work and raise our families. The United Way has supported the Great Plains Food Bank through several grants.

The ND branch of the Granger foundation; a private foundation formed in 1978, nominated the Great Plains Food Bank for a grant to support the general operations of the food bank. This grant was awared to the Food Bank in 2009.

The Alex Stern Foundation directive is that grant funds are to used to enhance charitable and literacy causes in the Fargo Moorhead area. Their mission statement comes to life with the critical support of the Daily Bread program in the Fargo Moorhead Area.

The Walmart Foundation supports the Great Plains Food Bank Mobile, Outreach Pantry and Restock program through a ND State Giving Program Grant as well as their store donation program. The Great Plains Food Bank was also awarded a truck to expand our Retail Store / Perishable Food Recovery Programs.
