Memorials and Tributes

Every day more and more people are choosing alternative gift options for birthdays, holidays, memorials and many other occasions.  
For all donations, you will have the option to have the Great Plains Food Bank mail an honor card or memorial card on your behalf. 

Online
Go to Memorials and Tributes section of the online donation form.  Be sure to check the box saying that this gift is in honor of or in memory of someone.   You will be prompted for honoree information at that time.  If requested, we will send a card notifying the honoree that a gift has been made in their honor.

By Mail
Simply include a note when you mail in your donation explaining that this gift is in honor of or in memory of someone and including any recipient information if you want us to send a card notifying him/her of the donation.
