Food Industry Partners

Food donors form the backbone of the Great Plains Food Bank.  Each year, we distribute more than 6 million pounds of food and grocery products, valued at more than $10 million, that might otherwise go to waste without the help of companies in the food and grocery industry and our governmental partners.   The Great Plains Food Bank alone could never acquire and distribute the millions of pounds of food and grocery products needed to help struggling neighbors in North Dakota and western Minnesota —corporate partners and government agencies are critical supporters of our work.

Every partnership enables us to fufill our mission; however, each year the Great Plains Food Bank recognizes a group Hunger Relief Partners with an awards luncheon based on their donations and volunteerism for the previous year.
