Training and Professional Development
Research shows that the quality of care a child receives from birth to three years old impacts how that child will perform in school, their emotional heath, their physical health and ultimately their quality of life as an adult.
Child Care Resource and Referral offers on-going training to early care and educational professionals to help them meet the educational, emotional and health needs of the families they serve. Training and professional development focusing on early care and education are available through online courses, classes, workshops and conferences.

Business Start Up and Support Services
Child Care Resource & Referral works to raise the professionalism of child care businesses and make it a financially viable industry in North Dakota. Consultants provide child care providers with the technical assistance they need to start a new child care business and enhance the organization and services of their existing child care program.
Advocates for the future
Child Care Resource and Referral tracks state and national trends in childcare. We work with business, community and political leaders to ensure that quality childcare is available to all families across North Dakota.
