Three new senior companions added in Grand Forks area

Three new senior companions added in Grand Forks area

Beverly Donarski, Cindy Donarski and Carmen Kleinwachter have joined Lutheran Social Services Senior Companions as volunteer senior companions in the Grand Forks area.

Originally from Warren, Minn., Beverly has worked at Nordic Fiberglass, Inc. and as a family caregiver.

Originally from Warren, Minn., Cindy has provided service as a CNA, foster parent and family caregiver.

Originally from Iowa, Carmen has worked as a CNA, direct support professional and former volunteer Foster Grandparent.

Senior companions provide free in-home assistance with daily living activities and social and recreational opportunities to help local seniors who are lonely, isolated, frail, disabled or homebound.
